Refund Policy
At CKTech Solution Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and products. However, due to the nature of digital services and training programs, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy outlined below.
1. Training & Course Enrollments
- Once a student is enrolled in any of our training programs (internship, final year project guidance, software development courses, etc.), no refund will be provided after the first session or material has been accessed.
- If a refund request is made within 24 hours of registration and before accessing any course material or attending any session, a full refund may be considered, subject to review.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@cktechsoln.in with valid proof of payment and reason for cancellation.
2. Service-Based Projects
(Design, Digital Marketing, Software Development, Data Entry)
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the work has started.
- In cases where no work has commenced and a refund request is made within 2 business days of payment, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
- Project cancellations requested after significant progress will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Payment Disputes
- If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and respond within 5 working days.
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account suspension and denial of future services.
4. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
