Terms and Conditions for CKTech Solution Private Limited
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of software and hardware services by CKTech Solution Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided

- IT Support and Maintenance
- Network Setup and Maintenance
- Hardware Procurement

2. Service Agreement
- The scope of services will be agreed upon in a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract specific to each project.
- Modifications or additions to the agreed services must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
- The client must provide all necessary information and access required for the delivery of services.
3. Payment Terms
- All services will be billed as per the agreed contract or SLA.
- Invoices will be issued upon the completion of milestones or at pre-defined intervals.
- Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

5. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data disclosed during the project.
- Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.
6. Warranty and Support

7. Liability

- Upon termination, all unpaid invoices will become immediately due, and any outstanding work will be billed accordingly.
9. Force Majeure
- CKTech Solution will not be held responsible for delays or failures to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
10. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert jurisdiction].
11. Amendments
